Bonamana

r

Making money is not easy. Making big bucks is needless to say, harder. Of all the part-time jobs I've taken up during the school vacations since year 2006 (about 6 now already), I think the most I've earned would be at Royal Sporting House, with an income of 1.2k after CPF deduction. But it wasn't easy getting used to going to work from 1pm-9.30pm when almost everyone else was working office hours. Then I did the admin job @ SIA, and I disliked it even more because it was akin to getting up at 6am which was no different from going to school. Anyway, my main point is that after doing entry-level jobs of all sorts I think it's really important to specialise in something you're good at in future, something that very few people/nobody else can do, and something that there's a demand for in order to make it big. If not, one may just draw an income enough to sustain a decent living, to get by comfortably. But perhaps that's sufficient if one's happy with what he's doing. I'm fully aware that being a teacher will not earn me big bucks, but if it's what I like doing, then why not? After all the key thing in life is to be happy.

I just took up a new part-time job at Emicakes @ Tampines 1, which'll last me every Sunday till my university term starts. So I basically still have zilch on my hands every Monday-Saturday and I should really learn how to make better use of this time instead of sleeping in every day.

Super Junior is finally coming to Singapore. I mean like, IKR they finally realised Singapore exists. So initially when I heard the news I was like, okay I cannot miss this chance I really have to have to have to must must must (x100^100) see the boys and my dear sunggiie but then suddenly somebody tells me that I need to buy a phone that costs a friggin grand in order to stand a friggin chance to see them and I'm just like WTF okay so much for being overwhelmed with incipient exhilaration, right. I'm a sad girl. I can't believe Yesung will be standing on the same soil as me and breathing the same air as me and I'll never get to see him. To think I'm so in love with their newest release {Bonamana} because the boys all look so damn good. Good choreography, good dancing, good singing, what more could anyone ask for? IMHO the choreography wins Sorry Sorry's but Sorry Sorry sounds more catchy w/o comparing the dance moves of the 2 performances. I've watched every single bonamona live performance and not once has the group let me down. They're officially the korean group I like best and will always like best.

On a side note, I just watched SS501's new title song's MV and although I've never really liked their concepts I always enjoy listening to their songs for some unknown reason.

Yours Truly, #17

I like curly brackets & pink cars. My forest friends never fail to make my day.

My greatest ambition in life is to have straight hair.
My second greatest ambition in life is to travel to the sahara desert in a trishaw.

When I grow up, I will rid the world of squeaky chairs and evil whiteboard dusters.
